A quote states that it is happy people who are thankful, it is thankful people who are happy. Humm..this really speaks to me…
In other words, happiness comes a lot easier when you stop complaining about the problem you have and start beeing grateful for the problem you do not have…and i can assure you there is really a benefit to do so..
When you starts complaining -for example about your hairloss-, it brings along stress, which is also a mature factor of hairloss. People you are everytime complaining to will end up bored and tired of your complains, and you might end up alone facing your problem..Acknowledging the problem is good, talking about it to get advices and/or experience is better, and working on resolving the problem is much better. Of course you can complain, but do not stuck in complain, move on.
Sometime i really cried when i looked at my hair, but nowadays i learned how to be thankful that i still have something on the head, even if it is not too much. I also started to be grateful about the problems i do not have, some examples:
- thankful that i have enough money to buy a wig- what everybody do not
- thankful that i can see- because they are people who can’t…unfortunately..
- thankful that i can walk – there are many paralysed people overthere
- thankful that i can speak..
- thankfull that i can write…
- …the list is not exhaustive
