What hair loss/alopecia is.

Hair loss, well knwon as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from part of the head or body. In most cases it is typically the head which is concerned. Though the severity of hair loss can vary from a small area to the entire body.

Common types of alopecia include: male-pattern hair loss, female-pattern hair loss, alopecia areata, and a thinning of hair known .

The cause of male-pattern hair loss is a combination of genetics and male hormones, the cause of female pattern hair loss is unclear, the cause of alopecia areata is autoimmune, and the cause of telogen effluvium can typically be a physical or psychological stressful event. Telogen effluvium is very common as a result of pregnancy.

In this blog, i do not want to Focus on defintions, causes, Symptomes and/or Impact of Alopecia which you could easily find everywhere in Wikipedia or in the web.

The objective here will be to encourage and to help finding a solution which can work for you. Yes, you must know it, organisms are different and what worked for one might not work for everybody. But there are 3 thing that works for everybody, and that is a guarantee: Thankfullness (for what you have. You might not have full hair, but there is Always something to be thankful for), Patience (hair growth is actually visible after weeks/months) and Perseverance (if you quit you will never see any victory). If you do not arm yourself with those three keys, you are quiting this battle already.
